  • ✓ In-Kind Contributions: A total value of $55,000 USD was received in-kind, comprising:
    • 500 boxes of Dokudami coffee from OTM Foundation (FOTM) (Value: $20,000 USD)
    • 500 LED smart bulbs from OTM Foundation (Value: $25,000 USD)
    • 500 copies of the first volume of the saga from the Author (Value: $10,000 USD)
  • ✓ Post-Event Financial Reporting: A detailed financial statement, including all revenues and expenditures, will be audited and made available to major sponsors upon request. Funds raised during the event are dedicated to the FOTM Foundation’s social initiatives.

4. Fundraising Outcomes

  • ✓ Primary Mechanism: A live auction of exclusive items (e.g., advance copies of Volumes 2 & 3, artworks) and a call for donations.
  • ✓ Funds Raised: The final amount raised will be published in this section post-event. All funds are designated for the FOTM Foundation’s programs supporting the families of FARDC and Congolese National Police personnel and youth initiatives.
