A groundbreaking cultural and philanthropic initiative, the “Cœur de Kinshasa” project, was officially unveiled today, announcing a landmark Triple Vernissage and Elite Gala Dinner scheduled for February 20, 2026, at the Pullman Hotel in Kinshasa.

This unprecedented event, orchestrated under the leadership of His Excellency Ambassador Obed Tshilomboji Muyumbe—visionary, international development strategist, and author—will launch the first three volumes of his seminal literary work, the “Cœur de Kinshasa” tetralogy. The event transcends a traditional book launch, positioning itself as a strategic platform for a renaissance in Congolese culture, environmental advocacy, and social engagement.

The evening is structured around a powerful triptyque theme: “Culture, Environment, and Social – A Triptych Homage,” reflecting the complex identity and immense potential of the Congolese capital. It aims to gather 500 of the most influential personalities from the DRC and abroad, including high-level diplomats, government officials, private sector leaders, and cultural icons, for an exclusive night of dialogue, celebration, and impactful philanthropy.

A key highlight of the gala will be a dedicated fundraising session, including a live auction, to support the humanitarian programs of the FOTM Foundation, specifically targeting the empowerment of children and spouses of the FARDC and the Congolese National Police.
